Refunds and cancellation

Before you approve the design: cancel any time for a full refund.

Our mistake: if the printed board has a spelling or print error that was not in the design you approved, or arrives damaged, we reprint it free. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

Late delivery: if we miss delivery within 48 hours of your approval, you may cancel for a full refund, or keep the order at no extra cost.

After printing as approved: boards are custom-made for your business, so they cannot be returned or refunded once printed as you approved them.

How refunds are paid: to the original payment method, started within 2 working days of the request and usually credited in 5-7 working days.
